The Quebec Association for the Promotion of the Health of People Using Drugs (AQPSUD) is a provincial organization, which, according to the philosophy of harm reduction and an empowerment perspective, brings together people who use drugs who aspire to promoting health, preventing sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections and improving their living conditions. The AQPSUD is the community organization responsible for the good management of L'Injecteur and ADDICQ.
