Prairie Harm Reduction is a community-based harm reduction organization dedicated to providing support, prevention, and education services for people living with, affected by, or vulnerable to HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis C. They are committed to a holistic, collaborative, and inclusive approach in the work done with individuals, organizations, and communities. Their services meet people where they are at, and are low-barrier.
