Toronto Public Health- Sexually Transmitted Infections Program

Provides support to clients, health care providers and the community about sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Services include nursing case management for cases and contacts of reportable STIs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis & HIV), anonymous partner notification and health counselling. HIV specific services include linkage to care/referrals to HIV specialists, facilitating access to treatment (including PrEP) and support with the social determinants of health affecting people living with HIV. Translation services available. No referral required. No OHIP required. Clients and healthcare providers can call the STI intake line at 416 338 2373. Intake line is answered Monday- Friday from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Excluding statutory holidays.
