416 Community Support for Women offers various services to women who are coping with abuse, isolation, addiction and/or mental health issues. 416 provides a variety of formal and informal support programs to some of the hardest to reach women in the community. Services include daily meals, weekly food bank, social/recreational programs, life skills training, medical clinic and mental health and addiction case management services.

At 416 we believe that recovery is a personal, unique process of changing ones own life in terms of ones attitudes, values, feelings, goals, skills and roles. Our person-centred and recovery-oriented programs and services focus on the notion that individuals can manage many aspects of their own lives and that with the right supports, people can lead satisfying, hopeful and contributing lives.
