AIDS Committee of Durham Region (ACDR) is a community based GIPA led, non-profit organization that provides support services, for people affected by and living with HIV/AIDS. Education, Outreach and Interventions including Testing for populations at risk for HIV and related coinfections and Harm Reductions and Naloxone Trainings for people who use substances in the region of Durham. Provincially ACDR also runs Camp Rainbow Phoenix, a summer camp for 2SLGBTTQIA+ youth and the HYPE program, an empowerment program for youth living with HIV focused on retention in care and treatment.
