Our focus in on optimizing your health conditions and your quality of life. To ensure that you live the fullest life possible, we work with you and your family to identify and address the goals that need to be met in hospital. Once home, you may need to return for further rehabilitation through one of our outpatient clinics, or you may be referred to a community clinic or another outpatient clinic closer to your home.
