Realize (formerly the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation) is a national, multi-sectoral, multi-disciplinary charitable organization that works to address issues of disability and rehabilitation in the context of living with HIV. Realize works to improve rehabilitation services for people living with HIV through integrated rehabilitation, policy and practice. Realize's primary goal is to improve the daily lives of people living with HIV in direct and meaningful ways through rehabilitation care, support and services.
