The Centre de santé Noreen-Richard Health Centre delivers primary health care services with a focus on the minority francophone residents of the greater Fredericton area. All visits are by appointment only.

A collaborating team of health professionals, the health centre staff work closely with a number of partners to meet the health care needs of the community. The team consists of a physician, 2 nurse practitioners, a social worker and administrative support staff.
