DPNC is a multi-service agency located in the west end of Toronto. At DPNC we encourage people to work together and take action to improve the political, social, economic, spiritual and cultural life of the whole community. Working in partnership with other community and city-wide organizations, we provide a wide range of flexible, responsive and barrier-free services to enable community members to effectively manage the issues, concerns or problems they are facing.
