The Deaf Outreach Program (DOP) provides education and support services relating to HIV/AIDS in the Deaf & Hard of Hearing communities in Ontario in Canada.

The DOP was established in 1987 by the AIDS Committee of Toronto and the Deaf community with consultation by the OAD, Canadian Hearing Society, Toronto Association of the Deaf, Toronto Rainbow Alliance of the the Deaf, and Deaf persons living with HIV/AIDs. DOP was transferred to OAD in 1998.
