As a vibrant local Christian social service provider, Yonge Street Mission (YSM) goes beyond meeting immediate needs by offering holistic programs and a pathway to transform the lives of people experiencing poverty in Toronto, taking them from merely surviving to wonderfully thriving.
To qualify for YSM’s Health Centre Services you must be between 16-29 years old and experiencing multiple and complex barriers. Youth older than 24 years old can only be enrolled when referred internally or by a social worker.
