We offer core services such as primary care, pre-natal classes, diabetes education, immunizations, client education and telephone consultation. As well we offer diagnostic x-ray, Chiropody, Nutrition and Social Services.

Flemingdon is a community health centre offering:

In partnership with Toronto Public Health, our Sexual Health Clinic provides:

• Drop-in, confidential and non-judgmental sexual health information and counselling

• Family planning services, such as pregnancy testing, birth control and free condoms

• Testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

• Testing for HIV

• Screening for cervical cancer through a Pap test
