John Ruedy Clinic (IDC) - St. Paul's Hospital

The John Ruedy Immunodeficiency Clinic (IDC) at St. Paulès Hospital is a comprehensive primary care clinic for people living with HIV/AIDS in British Columbia. With a focus on addressing the needs of the whole person and reducing the impact of poverty, addictions, mental health, food insecurity and episodic homelessness, the clinic offers integrated and comprehensive services to patients.

Services include primary care and specialist physicians, nursing, STI testing and support, social work services, peer navigators, dietician, hep C treatment, Point-of-Care Testing, intensive case management, and non-occupational Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (nPEP).
