Vision Statement Options for Sexual Health envisions a society that celebrates healthy sexuality, its diversity of expression, and a positive sexual self-image for individuals throughout life. STI testing and treatment HIV testing Referral for HIV testing HIV testing (point of care) Pregnancy test Free condoms Needle supply Point of Care HIV testing available on drop-in basis: 1:30-3:00 pm on the 4th Tuesday of each month and 4:30-6:00 pm on the 3rd Monday of each month. Offers public health nursing services which include screening, assessment, counselling, referral, follow-up, and health promotion activities for all age groups, as well as communicable disease control. Also offers speech language pathology, audiology, and nutrition and dental health services. Programs and policies focus on chronic and infectious diseases, tobacco use, and education regarding public health issues. Also provides prenatal and postnatal services, and childhood immunizations. Provides needle exchange services including distribution of clean needles, sterile water, and alcohol wipes; disposal of used needles; and health information to encourage safer injection practices. Provides opioid users with free Take Home Naloxone Kits (Narcan) that can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like heroin, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, and fentanyl.
