The HIV and Hepatitis C Specialized Support Team (SST) supports the people and families of those diagnosed with HIV or HCV. The team also supports individuals at risk for HIV and syphilis by providing access to prevention options such as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (doxy-PEP). This support is provided in person, by phone, text, fax, email or Telehealth.
