We are a team of interdisciplinary professionals consisting of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Medical Doctors (MDs), Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Administrative Professionals providing harm reduction services to individuals suffering from substance use disorder or sexual transmitted blood borne infections.
