This is a harm reduction clinic focused on substance use disorders for legal or illegal drugs, including opioids, narcotics and alcohol and including a Hep C program as well. The program involves: Point of Care testing with initial Hepatitis C results available within 20 minutes Laboratory testing with needless options for blood work Hepatitis A and B vaccination Fibroscan as required Referral for advanced Hepatology requirements or co-illness (HIV, Hep B) onsite The Treatment: This walk in service is available 5 days per week. Treatment is 1 pill per day for 12 weeks. Treatment is generally very well tolerated with little to no side effects.
