Salvation Army Men's Shelter - Ottawa

The Men's Hostel has 198 beds for homeless men offering three nutritious meals a day, laundry facilities and clothing vouchers. Thirty of these beds are in our special care unit, where men have access to inner city health and assistance with their medical needs. Case Workers offer assistance in searching for Housing, obtaining identification documentation, (i.e., S.I.N. / Health Card, etc.), accessing other outreach services (i.e., medical, mental, health, dental), etc.

Supportive emergency housing * 169 beds * meals, clothing, counselling, case management and referrals * Special Care Unit for men with spiritual, emotional and physical needs

Family Tracing Service: an international tracing service for immediate relatives * inquirer must be searching for a near relative and be able to provide essential information about the missing person * requests can be accepted or rejected based upon considerations of reasonableness, feasibility or motive.
