Saskatchewan Infectious Disease Care Network (SIDCN)

The Saskatchewan Infectious Disease Care Network, or SIDCN (pronounced 'citizen') is a non-profit organization led by Saskatchewan infectious diseases physicians and other care providers that aim for HIV and hepatitis C (HCV) across the province.

Our Hep C Clinic provides patients with testing, treatment and support.

  1. Self-Referrals: Patients can call the clinic at (306) 956-3444 Ext. 3 to set up an appointment.
