Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit: Sexual Health Clinics - Barrie

Our Sexual Health clinics offer a safe place to talk confidentially with a Public Health Nurse.

We offer the following services to individuals with or without an OHIP card:

  • Birth control
  • Emergency contraception
  • Pregnancy testing and counseling
  • Referrals for therapeutic abortions
  • Anonymous HIV testing
  • Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing
  • Free STI treatment
  • Blood borne Infections (BBI) testing (including Hep C, Hep B and HIV)
  • Free condoms and lube
  • Genital wart treatments and bump assessments (with the clinic physician only in Barrie and Orillia)
  • HCV
  • HIV/AIDS
