South Riverdale Community Health Centre

South Riverdale Community Health Centre is a non-profit, multi-service organization that provides primary healthcare, social and community outreach services with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention primarily to people of East Toronto.

The Toronto Community Hepatitis C Program is a partnership between South Riverdale Community Health Centre, Regent Park Community Health Centre and Sherbourne Health Centre. It was established in 2006 to assist people living with Hep C, who primarily use drugs and or alcohol and or have mental health issues/illness and or HIV/HCV Co-infection and who have had difficult accessing treatment and care.

At the Outreach Clinic you can:

  • See a doctor or nurse practitioner (health card not necessary)
  • Get sexual health information, including testing, vaccinations & treatment etc.
  • Talk to a counselor
  • Get foot care at the Thursday clinic (3-4pm)

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
