South Riverdale Community Health Centre

South Riverdale Community Health Centre is a non-profit, multi-service organization that provides primary healthcare, social and community outreach services with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention primarily to people of East Toronto.

The Toronto Community Hepatitis C Program (TCHCP) is a partnership between South Riverdale Community Health Centre, Regent Park Community Health Centre and Sherbourne Health Centre. It was established in 2006 to assist people living with Hep C, who primarily use drugs and or alcohol and or have mental health issues/illness and or HIV/HCV Co-infection and who have had difficult accessing treatment and care.

Drop in Clinic Hours are Wednesdays from 12 – 4 pm.
