Southwestern Public Health (SWPH) works with municipalities, community agencies, health and social services, schools, and other local partners to ensure the health of the residents of Oxford County, Elgin County, and the City of St. Thomas.

Sexual Health Clinics provide support to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We can provide reliable sexual health information about:

  • Emergency contraception

  • Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment

  • HIV testing and Point of Care testing

  • At-cost Birth Control

  • Pregnancy Testing and Options counselling

  • Hepatitis A and B vaccination

  • HPV vaccination

  • Needle exchange

  • Monkeypox vaccination and information
