St. Michael's Academic Family Health Team

Our Health Centre is one of five Family Health Teams affiliated with St. Michael's Hospital. There are HIV primary care MDs, as well as a dedicated HIV team that includes nurses, addiction counselors, a social worker, dietician and pharmacist.
