Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health

Wabano is an indigenous centre for excellence in Healthcare services. The main purpose of the Centre is to create and deliver services that will prevent ill health, treat illness and provide support and aftercare. Services are offered in a culturally sensitive way that welcomes, accepts and respects all Indigenous people.

Wabano has medical services and programs for those living with HIV/AIDS; a Healthy Sexuality Education Program and is a safe space for the LGBTQ-Two Spirit community.
